The Career Development Team in collaboration with the Investments Distribution Team held a series of three, full-day training sessions at the Royal Malta Golf Club, Marsa. The sessions were delivered by internal and external subject matter experts on a variety of subjects. Besides focusing on industry-related updates, including pensions, APS SICAV Funds, managing ESG portfolios, political, economic and compliance updates, other subjects were introduced which include business etiquette and effective business networking.
