APS Bank employees being recognised for their academic achievements
Over 500 APS Bank employees convened at the Ballroom of The Westin Dragonara Resort for the last Townhall of the year. The 3-hour event featured a series of engaging presentations spotlighting the Bank’s accomplishments covering topics like financial results, the projects roadmap for 2024, a preview of next year’s learning and development opportunities and an update on the Bank’s products and propositions pipeline.
A throw-back video capturing memories of colleagues’ participating in key events organised by the Bank’s Sports Committee, Social Activities Committee and CSR activities was followed by an award ceremony for staff academic achievements over the past months. And a highlight of the afternoon was the announcement of the APS Bank Values Awards, now in its 2nd edition.
CEO Marcel Cassar commented: “At Townhalls there is no one outcome and we do meet to draw conclusions. But we come together to share our common values and beliefs, and one that is especially close to my heart is: to look after our customers, because when we do so, they too will look after us. Our customers now also include many other stakeholders, investors and business partners, we are together on this journey.”
