In the first half of 2023, the APS Bank Career Development team stepped up the organisation of offsite workshops aimed at providing upskilling opportunities and address gaps where required. Fostering a sense of unity among team members, these sessions create an ideal platform for individuals to learn from one another, exchange valuable feedback while promoting collaboration, communication and cooperation in an informal setting.
