As part of the preparations for the third edition of the APS Summer Festival, APS Bank has opened a call for artistic talent and interesting projects that could form part of this year’s Programme.

Under the artistic direction of Annalisa Schembri, the search is for content that demonstrates excellence, creativity, sustainability and uniqueness, in the form of artistic projects that can be presented on a main stage, or as street performances or as interactive artistic installations that can be exhibited outdoors. The Festival is scheduled to take place late in July 2022 and at all stages will strictly follow the COVID-19 protocols as issued by the Department of Public Health.

Rachael Blackburn, Head of Culture at APS Bank stated, “After the success of the second edition in 2021, the 2022 Festival aims to be a hub where artists dream, express, collaborate, co-create, develop and deliver artistic content that represents them and their art. In the process, delivering a bespoke experience to the audiences by curating an authentic Festival with art and the artists at its core.”
