APS Bank is supporting Missio Malta in building eight new classrooms at St Thomas Aquinas Seminary in Arusha, Tanzania. This project will give students from underprivileged backgrounds access to quality education, helping them develop skills for a better future.

“Education is key to personal growth, and we are delighted that, with APS Bank’s support, we can make a real difference in Tanzania,” said Robert Farrugia, Head of Communications and Fundraising at Missio Malta. “The local community started this project but lacked the funds to complete it. Thanks to APS Bank, these classrooms will soon be ready for use.”

The new classrooms will replace mixed-age learning groups, ensuring students receive structured lessons suited to their level.

Jeremy Vassallo, CSR Manager at APS Bank, commented, “We believe education should be accessible to everyone. Supporting this project is part of our ongoing commitment to making a meaningful impact where it is needed most.”
