APS Bank plc is sponsoring Marshall Arts, a concert by Wayne Marshall OBE, that is being held at St Andrew's Scots Church. This fundraising event will be supporting Blue Door Education, a voluntary organisation that provides free literacy and English language classes both in person and online, as well as Tech & IT and life skill classes for migrants, refugees and asylum seekers. Marshall together with his children, Martina and James, will improvise Gershwin's Rhapsody in Blue, J.S. Bach: Toccata and Fugue BWV565, Members from the audience will have the opportunity to request additional improvisations on other themes.
Jeremy Vassallo, CSR Manager at APS Bank, commented “This is a great initiative, as it supports two key areas we strongly believe in, namely arts and culture, as well as education, the latter being vital for many vulnerable people as they rebuild their lives.
