Over the past year, the Corporate Culture Change Management Unit at APS Bank has released a thought-provoking series of audio-recorded interviews with colleagues from various departments across the Bank, entitled the #APSlife Podcast. This internal communication series explores a range of topics from the APS Bank Culture Deck, offering valuable insights into the Bank’s purpose from the guest colleague’s point of view.
With 14 episodes released to date, colleagues can immerse themselves in captivating discussions on important topics, such as Building Psychological Safety, Giving and Receiving Effective Feedback, Sustaining a Data-Informed Culture, Corporate Culture being a Main Driver for Performance, The Agile Mindset, and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), amongst others.
