Building on the success of last year’s Culture Activator sessions, APS Bank’s Corporate Culture Change Management Unit has resumed its efforts to engage employees in meaningful discussions and activities aimed at fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Each week, a dedicated group of colleagues gathers offsite to explore topics from the Bank’s culture framework, which acts as a guidepost for employees to be in line with the Bank’s core values, mission and culture. These sessions, which will be held with all colleagues, provide a platform for learning, mutual support, and growth. Participants can challenge perspectives, embrace diversity, and strengthen connections.
