APS Bank plc has introduced an innovative digital signatures solution, allowing customers to sign select documents remotely, without the need to visit a branch. This is only one of the processes introduced to help make the Bank’s customer experience simpler.
Digital signatures provide an easy, yet secure, way to sign documents digitally, while also contributing towards a reduction in Bank’s carbon footprint. Besides being beneficial to the environment, this solution also improves efficiency as back-end processes, such as scanning and filing of documents, are automated.
