APS Bank plc is hosting the touring exhibition ‘Sejjaħli b’Ismi’, which is open for the public until 2 May at APS Head Office in Swatar. The exhibition consists of 10 life-size 3D structures in the form of a prism displaying photographs of people from different angles, allowing visitors to walk around the structure and explore the three-dimensionality of the individuals. The visuals are accompanied by text to guide visitors beyond preconceptions they may have. The 11th prism consists of a structure with a number of mirrors, inviting visitors to gain different perspectives of themselves and reflect on the many things they are too.
Rachael Blackburn, Head of Culture at APS Bank commented, “We are glad to be hosting this intercultural project, bringing together the stories of people from different backgrounds, all of whom are members of our community. The result of the collaboration amongst the Sejjaħli b’Ismi’ team, JRS and the Justice and Peace Commission to present this touring exhibition, to make us more aware of our unconscious biases, is commendable.”
