On 5 November 2024, APS Bank welcomed David Avrin, a globally recognised speaker, author, and customer experience expert. Avrin’s visit included an engaging ‘Ask Me Anything’ session, allowing APS Bank colleagues to speak directly with an industry leader. The event was held in a hybrid format, providing access to all colleagues across various locations to join online or in person.
David Avrin, renowned for his book, Ridiculously Easy to Do Business With, which explores best practices in customer experience, was excited to meet the APS Bank team. Reflecting on his visit, Avrin shared, “After featuring the innovative Voice of the Customer initiatives at APS Bank in my new book, Ridiculously Easy to Do Business With, I decided to come to Malta and learn of their work first-hand. Scott Lee Holloway and his team have created one of the most intentional, innovative and inclusive, customer-centric CX programmes I have come across. It was a real pleasure to share my international perspective with their team.”
