APS Bank plc will be delivering an information session, hosted by FHRD, on ‘Understanding the value of occupational pension in the age of instant gratification.’ The event will take place on 9 February 2023 at the FHRD Training Room located at No5, Clock Tower Buildings, Tigne Point, Sliema, from 15.00 to 16.00.
Darran Agius, Employee Benefits Schemes Manager and Ray Bonnici, Chief People Officer at APS Bank will be sharing their views on APS Bank’s Occupational Pension from different angles: Mr Agius will be taking about how occupational pension schemes are a cost-effective employee retention tool, benefitting employees and organisations alike, while Mr Bonnici will sharing how the pension scheme was introduced at the Bank, and how it was received by its 600 employees.
