APS Bank has successfully completed the refurbishment of another workspace, introducing a range of significant upgrades. These include a climate control system that allows for simultaneous air heating and cooling, improved fresh-air circulation with air treatment, and enhanced security features throughout the floor.
The new design also features two modern meeting rooms, optimised office spaces, and a dedicated chill-out area for staff to relax. To further improve the working environment, acoustic paneling has been added to reduce noise levels, and the emergency evacuation flow has been upgraded with centralised battery-backed lighting to enhance safety.
In line with the Bank’s commitment to sustainability, eco-friendly materials were selected and energy-efficient systems were installed to reduce the overall carbon footprint of the building.
Charles Galea, Senior Manager of Projects, Physical Security, and Facilities, said: “We’re thrilled with the transformation of this entire floor. This project reflects our dedication to creating a modern, efficient, and sustainable workspace that supports our teams and provides an environment where employees can enjoy working. The upgrades reflect our ongoing efforts to enhance employee well-being while maintaining a focus on sustainability.”
