APS Bank celebrates World Customer Experience (CX) Day

In celebration of World Customer Experience (CX) Day on 1 October 2024, APS Bank’s Voice of the Customer (VoC) Unit organised various activities to highlight the importance of delivering positive customer experiences. The VoC team visited all APS branches, engaging with colleagues and customers, handing out treats, and gathering valuable feedback.

On 4 October, APS held its first ‘Afternoon Tea with VoC’ session, bringing together colleagues to discuss global best practices in customer experience. The event provided a platform for sharing insights and ideas over refreshments, demonstrating the Bank’s commitment to continuously enhancing the CX at every interaction.

APS Bank has also been recognised internationally, featured in David Arvin’s latest book, Ridiculously Easy to Do Business With, as a best practice example for making it easy to gather customer feedback. The Bank was also highlighted in the October edition of Customer Experience Magazine (CXM), where it was spotlighted as ‘Today’s Pick’.
