APS Bank recently announced the winners of its #APSlife Toolkit Challenge 2024, an initiative designed to highlight and celebrate creativity and teamwork across the organisation. The challenge saw participation from over 20 teams representing various departments, all tasked with creating activities to encourage engagement with themes included in the APS Bank Culture Deck.

The initiative aimed to reinforce the role of the Bank’s culture in shaping daily interactions and guiding long-term objectives. Teams were assessed on their ability to foster collaboration and engagement, with points awarded based on participation, feedback, and overall involvement.

Commenting on the success of the challenge, Susan Vella, APS Bank’s Corporate Culture Change Manager, stated: “The #APSlife Toolkit Challenge underscores the importance of our culture as a cornerstone of our identity and how we work at APS Bank. The creativity and dedication demonstrated by all participants have been truly commendable. This collective effort ensures that our culture remains vibrant and relevant.”

The winners of the 2024 challenge are:

  • 1st Place: Together for Customers – Data Integrity Team
  • 2nd Place: Excel Espresso – Strategy Team
  • 3rd Place: Team Fusion Express – Operational Resilience Team
