APS Bank announces colleague’s appointment to the CXPA Global Board

APS Bank is proud to announce that Scott Lee Holloway, Senior Customer Experience Manager at the Bank, has been appointed to the Global Board of Directors of the Customer Experience Professionals Association (CXPA) as of 1 January 2025. CXPA is an independent, global non-profit organisation dedicated to advancing the customer experience (CX) profession. It supports the field by publishing the CXPA CX Book of Knowledge, offering the Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCXP) credential, and uniting members from over 70 countries worldwide.

Greg Melia, CAE, CEO of the Customer Experience Professionals Association, commented: “Scott was selected from a competitive group of candidates for this role because of his knowledge, passion, and commitment to supporting great customer experiences, both through his work at APS Bank and his leadership in the CX community. We are thrilled to have him join the CXPA Global Board of Directors.”

Mr Holloway’s three-year term begins in January 2025, during which he will collaborate with other global CX leaders from renowned organisations such as Hewlett Packard, Strategic Education, and Bain & Company.
