Keith Abela
Coming from a family working in hospitality, agriculture and fishing, Keith was immersed in the world of gastronomy at a very young age. At the age of fourteen he began working as a chef in restaurants both locally and abroad, later becoming a lecturer of food production and flavour sciences.
In 2019 he dedicated his life to living sustainably, by spearfishing, foraging and growing his own food. He is a food & beverage development consultant, head of sustainability for Ion, and food science writer.
