APS Bank’s Voice of the Customer Manager participates in Complaints Management Forum

Scott Lee Holloway, Voice of the Customer Manager, will be one of the speakers at the 20th Complaints Management Forum being held at Millennium Knightsbridge, London on 21st October 2021. The Forum will help attendees navigate and improve their complaints handling process, implement industry-leading strategies into their team, and stay ahead of regulatory change.

Mr Holloway will be presenting during the session ‘Capturing & Managing Feedback – Practical Considerations’. He will also participate in the panel discussion, ‘Conducting a Customer Journey Analysis – Best Practice’.
