APS Bank has brought to a close another successful year of Executive Breakfasts. These quarterly events are designed to foster open communication and stronger connections between colleagues and senior management in an informal setting.
The Executive Breakfast series creates a unique space where all colleagues are invited to attend in person or online to ask questions, share ideas, and gain valuable insights, aligning more closely with APS Bank’s strategic vision. This open forum not only strengthens relationships but also promotes transparency on key business topics.
This year’s sessions included:

- What is ReAPS? Discovering Our Investment Management Subsidiary delivered by Josef Portelli, Managing Director at ReAPS Asset Management and
- Financial Crime Compliance in Action: Who we are, what we do, and why it matters presented by Cynthia Borg, Head of Financial Crime Compliance & MLRO.
