Throughout the year, APS Bank colleagues from various countries have shared their unique cultures, cuisines, and traditions in the vibrant #APSlife Breakfast Voyage series. This journey of cultural discovery concluded with a memorable evening themed ‘Kazinata’, celebrating Maltese heritage, organised by the Corporate Culture Change Management Unit in collaboration with the Social Activities Committee.
The event featured traditional Maltese food and drinks, accompanied by live music. Colleagues enjoyed an engaging, historical and enriching talk delivered by James Duca, Senior Officer, Operations and were treated to a musical performance by Lyndsay Pace, Receptionist. Adding a touch of competitive fun, Shelaine Falzon, Business Development Manager, Investment Distribution, hosted a Malta-themed quiz, complete with prizes for members of the winning teams.
Peter Gatt, Senior Employer Branding Manager and Social Activities Committee, Chair, said: “Cultural diversity has several benefits. The #APSlife Breakfast Voyage series coupled with this event plays an important role in fostering a sense of belonging among all our colleagues. The Maltese evening was not only a celebration of heritage but a testament to APS Bank’s commitment to building a unified and vibrant team and memorable experiences through cultural discovery.”
