APS Bank is proud to have supported a series of exceptional music and cultural events in October, reinforcing its commitment to the arts and community through its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives.
The month began with the 3rd edition of the Ewfonija Grand Operatic Concert on Friday, 4 October, at the Grand Hotel, Gozo. The prestigious event featured renowned soprano Marvic Baldacchino and tenor Alan Sciberras, accompanied by the Ewfonija Orchestra under the direction of Mariella Spiteri Cefai.
From 11 to 13 October, the Bank sponsored NAPA’s Jazz Assemblea, a vibrant celebration of jazz in Malta. Held at Spazju Kreattiv, Valletta, the event included concerts, workshops, films, and visual experiences, marking its successful debut. This was the conclusion of a month long exhibition that opened on 12 September 2024.
On 12 October, APS Bank supported the opera Il Trittico at Teatru Aurora, Gozo. Conducted by Colin Attard, the production commemorated the 100th anniversary of Giacomo Puccini’s death, featuring an international cast and remarkable design.
APS Bank CSR Manager, Jeremy Vassallo, commented: “In line with our mission, we are truly honoured to be part of these cultural events that inspire creativity and bring our community closer together. By supporting the arts, we believe we are nurturing the soul of our society and creating a brighter future for all.”
