APS Bank plc and the Malta Union of Bank Employees (MUBE) have signed a new Collective Agreement for 2023–2025. The discussions for the new Agreement started in 2022 and were characterised by a cordial exchange of ideas aimed at building on a culture of consistent performance and maintaining high levels of employee engagement.
The new Agreement focuses on retaining a competitive remuneration framework, including increased salary limits, improved benefits, rewards and incentives aligned with the Bank’s performance. The Agreement also includes enhancements to working arrangements and workplace flexibility, as well as ongoing career development and training opportunities. Additionally, the Agreement continues to support and promote employees’ health and wellbeing.
