APS Bank plc is supporting the exhibition ‘When the Moon Waxes Red’, being held at Spazju Kreattiv, St James Cavalier, between 10 March and 16 April. The exhibition examines the (dis)connections between humans, non-humans and nature from the female/queer perspective from around the world. Ecofeminism has been used as a point of departure, where climate change, gender inequality and social injustice are seen as intrinsically related issues, portrayed from different viewpoints.
Rachael Blackburn, Head of Culture at APS Bank commented, “When we were approached by Maren Ritcher, the Curator of the exhibition and Adele Ambra Paola Anselmo, Project Manager, we were immediately captivated by this project. We look forward to seeing the exhibition celebrating two important topics, women and climate change.”
