Rachael Blackburn, Head of Culture at APS Bank commented, “This is the first time we have done these awards and the quality of the submissions was really impressive. As one of the judges, it was a great pleasure reading through the nominations to see how many people have the Bank’s values at heart and embedded in the way they work. We look forward to organising this again next year.”
