The Bank’s eChannels Unit organised a series of workshops during a 3-day offsite held at the Salini Resort in St Paul’s Bay. The sessions focused on the team’s future plans, in line with the Bank’s strategic goals, while working on enhancing the synergy between Contact Centre and the Digital team; both part of the eChannels unit.
The workshop included presentations from the Bank’s Chief Strategy Officer, Liana DeBattista and the Chief Banking Officer, Anthony Buttigieg who laid down the foundations for eChannels to plan their overall strategy. Alex Falzon, a local sales trainer and professional coach, and Dolores Gauci, a Certified Executive Coach and Mentor, delivered several sessions that tackled communications, resilience, staff morale and growth and adopting a positive mindset, amongst other subjects.
