As part of APS Bank’s ongoing efforts to ensure that customers are at the heart of all that it does, the Bank recently held a series of meetings with focus groups of customers. Organised by the Voice of the Customer (VoC) team with the support of a research partner, these discussions provide customer insights and feedback that are vital for the business planning process.
