APS Bank is proudly supporting the 15th edition of Gaulitana: A Festival of Music 2022, titled “GauLive”. The opening event was held under the distinguished patronage of His Excellency, the President of Malta, Dr George Vella. The Malta Philharmonic Orchestra performed The New World: A Symphonic Opening under the direction of the festival’s artistic director, Mro Colin Attard at Teatru tal-Opra Aurora, Victoria.
The varied and intensive programme, made up of 10 concerts and an exhibition, will run until 30th March 2022 and is being offered to the general public for free. The series will feature a number of international and local artists. Rachael Blackburn, Head of Culture commented that, “As a Bank, APS is committed to supporting the arts and culture in various forms. It was a privilege to be invited to attend this remarkable event and enjoy the live performance.”
