APS Bank Chairman Martin Scicluna was one of the panelists at a half day seminar organised by IFS Malta, in collaboration with Ganado Advocates. The event, held on 16th May 2022, consisted of a presentation, workshop and a panel discussion, aimed at MLROs, Compliance Officers and other professionals who want to stay updated with the latest developments in Governance, Risk and Compliance.
Mr Scicluna formed part of the panel discussion, ‘Governance, Risk and Compliance … Adapting to a changing landscape’, alongside Ian Coppini, Risk Advisory Leader at Deloitte, Steve Ellul CFA, Advisor and Anthony Eddington, Head of Financial Crime Compliance at MFSA.
Following the event, Mr Scicluna commented, “It was an honour to represent the Bank at such an event and it was a great opportunity to speak with people in the financial industry about how the landscape we are working in is constantly shifting and how we need to adapt in an agile way.”
