With the introduction of a secure email solution, the Bank has added an extra layer of security to minimise the risk of interception and misuse of confidential information.

About Secure eMail

Secure eMail is a robust enterprise solution, featuring email encryption, which does not rely on the security of third party email platforms. The solution is compatible with and accessible through mainstream web browsers, both on desktops and mobile devices. This will allow us to securely communicate with you without the need of installing third party tools whilst protecting information.The first time you receive an email through this solution, you will be required to set up a Secure eMail account before accessing the email message. Setting up the account is easy, as you only require a strong password and a recovery question. We will not ask for any financial or personal information. Your email address will then be linked to the secure email user account.This user guide provides a step-by-step guidance for opening and replying to Secure eMail messages that you may receive from APS Bank.
