Opening hours
Customers aged 60+ and EU Disability Card holders are given priority on Mon to Fri between 08:30 and 09:30.
Training Tuesdays
Due to staff training, all branches will open at 10:00, on the following dates:
- 5 November
- 19 November
- 3 December
- 17 December
- 31 December
Autism friendly hour
Customers on the spectrum are welcome anytime during our opening hours. However, we offer a dedicated autism friendly hour at all branches from 13:00 to 14:00, Monday to Friday. During this time, our team will:
- Decrease the bright lights in the reception and meeting rooms
- Reduce noise levels as much as possible
- Replace screens with videos with static images
Some of our team members are trained autism ambassadors. They will be wearing an autism friendly pin on their APS Bank lanyard or uniform.
